As per the direction of Rama, Hanuman takes the Chooda mani and reaches Lanka after flying across the sea.
He tries to find Seeta and he locates her in the Ashoka Vana, which is a beautiful park with lots of trees.
In this scene, you can see, Hanuman first coming as a small monkey and sitting on the tree and there upon recognising Seeta by her virtue, comes down. But Seeta is in dbout as to it might be Ravana and tries to avoid him, but later Hanumantha shows the Rama mudre(ring) given by Rama, Seeta immediately realizes it and accepts Hanumantha as Rama's messenger.
In turn Seeta, gives Chooda mani to confirm Rama that Hanumantha has actually met her.
In the above scene, you can find a small monkey on tree top, then Hanumantha standing in front of Seeta and handing over ring or receiving Choodamani for identification, Seeta is smiling and recognises that Hanumantha is messenger of Rama. There are two Rakshasi who are in charge of body guarding Seeta who are seated next to her with swords. There demon looks can be identified with their hair style and the protruded teeths.
Also, the Ashoka vana is depicted with Banana tree in back ground along with other trees. |
