Description about the temple
Sri.Lakshmi Narayana temple is a Hoysala temple with later additions during Vijayanagara times.
Earlier Sri.Lakshmi Kantha was worshipped over here and due to damage to the idol, it has been replaced with Sri.Lakshmi Narayana.
One can still find the damaged idol of Sri.Lakshmi Kantha which is really beautiful and a stunning Hoysala architecture.
